Shipping Policies

We ship via UPS and USPS using all of their services applicable to your location. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout.

Billing Information

We accept and would prefer PayPal for "the safer, easier way to pay and get paid online". We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks, however please note, that when paying by a check (and in some cases a money order), we will NOT ship out the product until your check has cleared OUR bank.

Returns and Exchanges

If something is not right - for whatever reason - please contact us to discuss your options. If a return is needed, you need to obtain a return authorization first. So, please be sure to contact us before shipping, so that your returned merchandise gets a full credit.

Your return must be shipped prepaid (unless postage was provided), in the original packaging and properly repacked. Items that are damaged on their return journey may not receive full credit (the remainder will be the carrier's responsibility), so be sure to pack it carefully to avoid these kinds of problems.

Also, please understand that we cannot refund shipping and handling charges, nor will we refund returns more than 15 days from the shipping date. For a full refund, items must be in "like new" condition, with all parts, and packaging intact.

Of course, if we have made an error, we will pay the shipping costs.

Although we always strive to provide high quality service, there are some exceptions for getting a refund:

• Returns made without authorization.
• Returns older than 15 days from the purchase date.
• Merchandise sold in wholesale lots at lowest possible pricing is sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.
• No refunds will be given for wholesale purchases as well as no returns will be accepted.
